1. Super useful tool! We've been using it now for a little over a year and it's so easy for the brothers to use! I wish some functions online would work on app like the "send reminders" function.

3. I use this app in combination with the Ministry Assistant app which allows your own personal tracking of what you do in service and allows to send time.It's glitchy on Aug 1, 2022.

4. To the developer,I have a big feature request: We used a regular account to give our circuit overseer access, but he'll show up as an inactive.

5. The notifications are well ahead of time.Since you have updated hourglasses it no longer integrates with ministry assistant, the figures don't transfer, they are just blank boxes.

6. in the event you get a new phone or wipe your phone you will need to ask for another link to be to be resent to setup account again.

1. Fix Hourglass Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hourglass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hourglass App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hourglass" » Open Hourglass » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hourglass » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hourglass app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hourglass servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hourglass" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hourglass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hourglass might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hourglass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hourglass then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hourglass not working

2. Fix Hourglass Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hourglass be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hourglass not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hourglass may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
