1. Always a nice surprise to find more and more info! OLD REVIEW-What happened to the daily horoscopes? Theyre much shorter...i liked how they used to be with more info!Absolutely loved the app until I realized that if I want to purchase a friendship/karma/ love compatibility, I have to do them each individually with each person's birth chart I have.

Please help with these issues when you guys get the chance, thanks! 🙏🏽App is interesting and helpful but charges $12 to access full content, which seems obscene, but I decided to bite the bullet and pay if only to also disable the constant ads only to find that there is a SEPARATE charge of FOUR DOLLARS to disable the ads, which in and of itself is four times more than it should cost.

3. Won't even try to download and buy again∆∆ UPDATE TO MY UPDATE [JUNE 2023]: WOW! All of the newest additions as far as transit info etc is amazing! Thank YOU for the easy and wonderful explainations- keep up the great work! UPDATE- The more info that's added, the better it gets under the breakdown of your natural chart.

4. Consistently good app, it's the only one I keep going back to for horoscope information.Updates are getting better and better, I love it! I hope in the future there could include a separate in-depth analysis for synastry vs the ruthrough text it has currently, and also some explanations for the Houses.

5. I had to create a new account.Had this app, it was really good exp, paid for full access and now my acc is gone, cant reset password, all charts everything gone.

7. I love the ui and the readings are super helpful, however since the latest update it takes longer to get my daily report (30 seconds to a minute or so).

1. Fix Horos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Horos: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Horos App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Horos" » Open Horos - Birth Chart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Horos » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Horos - Birth Chart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Horos servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Horos - Birth Chart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Horos app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Horos might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Horos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Horos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Horos not working

2. Fix Horos Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Horos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Horos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Horos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
