1. Maybe theyll use it to become relevant.I buy these books as gifts for friends and family every year! Its definitely a great value, but what I love about it most? The adventures that I've had and the memories I've made from experiencing awesome new beers in cool new places! 10/10 recommend! 🍻I paid for digital passport and downloaded app... but it doesn't show that purchased passport.

2. Dropped another star for privacy issues ... Not sure why microphone access is needed for the "Hop Lens" feature ... or why your full address and phone number are needed to sign up.It would be nice if things were accurate and if any breweries affiliated with the passport were actually close enough to go to.

3. I don't mind the places I went, but it was a bummer knowing the passport wasn't going to work.MI paper book,second year.

4. I'm sure this app has value to people who have the time to travel to all these places or are located closer to participating breweries, but it has no value for me.I like the app but the places don't match up to the current year.

5. Dropped a star for ... Hard to use with a purchased paper passport as you can only mark a location as "checked in" not as "purchased" or "redeemed".

6. Been to 2 breweries that weren't in the passport this year but were on the app.

7. I'll be revisiting a few this year, but app doesn't have 2nd year check-in.Works flawlessly, saves me money, helps me explore.

1. Fix Hop Passport Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hop Passport: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hop Passport App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hop Passport" » Open Hop Passport » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hop Passport » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hop Passport app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hop Passport servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hop Passport" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hop Passport app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hop Passport might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hop Passport. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hop Passport then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hop Passport not working

2. Fix Hop Passport Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hop Passport be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hop Passport not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hop Passport may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
