1. Honeydue you suck!Let me say thank you for making something so easy to use and have features that help keep my family on track! I have been looking for something similar to the app Money Manager-- I used this app for YEARS and loved, loved, loved it-- to keep track of my husband and I's finances since Money Manager doesn't have a way to sync it across devices.

For now they are all separate and I can adjust them all indepentently, but it would be really helpful to let me transfer my loan payment from checking, as described above, have it automatically lessen the loan balance, and input itself up in my budget! One last (hopefully helpful) idea is, if you're feeling crazy, a way to calculate loans with interest would be so helpful! Right now I have my loans totaled with principal and interest, but we try to pay more principal so within a few months the totals are off.

And please allow budgeting categories to be sorted alphabetically!Would like to see the paid and skipped bills look a little more visually "finished," maybe slightly grayed out, or a line through the text to help more easily differentiate between what's paid/skipped and what's still due? Also want to see an ability to select the date a bill was paid.

4. Sometimes bills are due on a date but don't post or get paid until later, it'd just be nice to keep track of.I want to like it and I love the features it has, but I'm having major difficulties.

5. One thing I wanted to request is a way to transfer between accounts and have it count as a transaction, but also have the money automatically show up in the right account.

6. I love that I can add a budget for each category and add bills to the calendar.

7. On the 1 hand, I love that we can create our own budget categories and both of us can track.

9. as far as interface goes we both love it!! the only change I would recommend would be for the app to auto refresh in the background (even if closed) so you can see everything going on even if you do not have service or wifi.

10. Due to this I still have to update my excel at the end of the night which is what I didn't want to have to doI like the app layout and it does exactly what I want plus makes it easy to look back and compare to previous months.

11. Now it fails to update our fairly major bank and tech support has not responded for months making me think the app may be in a death spiral.

1. Fix Honeydue Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Honeydue: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Honeydue App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Honeydue" » Open Honeydue: Couples Finance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Honeydue » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Honeydue: Couples Finance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Honeydue servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Honeydue: Couples Finance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Honeydue app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Honeydue might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Honeydue. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Honeydue then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Honeydue not working

2. Fix Honeydue Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Honeydue be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Honeydue not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Honeydue may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
