I'd have been lost and clueless throughout this whole pandemic when it came to PPP, stimulus and so many other areas of my life that have been effected, if it wasn't for Hello Skip and the Skip app! I love receiving emails when important information is available because I don't always check the Skip app but I always check my email which let's me know to check the Skip app!!!! Thank you so much for all you do!!After I opened it and found out that It is pretty much useless unless you're willing to pay for a membership as well as fees on top of that.

Not sure of that) Anyway these guys behind the" Skip" are so very informative and helpful, they work their tails off to provide us with the most up to date content and make sure that the information they provide is absolutely correct.

4. Great at explaining technical or otherwise difficult to understand issues and terms and though there are some paid services, the abundance of free everything is very generous.Skip has helped my tremendously! I never know about grants and funding until I came across this App.

5. I mean it provides consistent updated information on current world financial resources, actually displays accessable application links for government assistance,even nips curiosity on tax filing and COVID-19 questions.

6. I love how consistent and "straight to the point" information is and this is MORE-SO,thee only app I have installed on my phone that *DOES NOT* constantly send annoying notifications throughout the day.

7. I uninstalled it, few days later I received notification from my bank card company that hello skip had just taken $84 from my account.

8. I'm still out $84 period so obviously know I would not suggest itI've rcv’d skip updates for about a yr via email.

9. Aside from the trackers and other misc, the information is amazing ! You can opt to use the video for daily updates if you don't feel like reading all if it.

10. After contacting the developer and asking for a refund I received an email saying that the refund has already been sent.

1. Fix Skip Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skip: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skip App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skip" » Open Skip - Fund Your Business » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skip » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skip - Fund Your Business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skip servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skip - Fund Your Business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skip app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skip might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skip. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skip then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skip not working

2. Fix Skip Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skip be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skip not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skip may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
