We pay a lot of money to not have e our problems fixed.I I really like this app it would be better if I could communicate with my clients through this app and not have the P $80 a month when I'm already paying 40 that should be included with the $40 payment toAwful!! i have a new android and every time i go to put in an appointment i go back and its gone!! But when i use my coworkers iphone it works just fine and the appointment stays?!Android user here.

8. Tried signing up and it sends me to 1.0, tried signing up there and it sends me to 2.0. Ridiculous waiste of time.

9. I paid for a subscription and found within days that this system wouldn't work for my needs.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MoeGo Business Issues

1. Fix MoeGo Business Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MoeGo Business: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MoeGo Business App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoeGo Business" » Open MoeGo Business » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoeGo Business » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MoeGo Business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoeGo Business servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoeGo Business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MoeGo Business app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoeGo Business might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MoeGo Business. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoeGo Business then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoeGo Business not working


2. Fix MoeGo Business Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoeGo Business be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoeGo Business not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoeGo Business may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
