What users are saying

1. It would be helpful to have extra control of volume levels for each hearing aid for whenever conditions of them change such as wax filters clogging or any other reason.

2. The minute I change to left or front focus, the voice clarity setting is deselected and it seems to get set on the default/universal setting.The app works fine for me, I just wish that the user could have more control over certain functions.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix hear.com HORIZON Issues

1. Fix hear.com HORIZON Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart hear.com HORIZON: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the hear.com HORIZON App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "hear.com HORIZON" » Open hear.com HORIZON » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for hear.com HORIZON » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear hear.com HORIZON app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from hear.com HORIZON servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "hear.com HORIZON" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check hear.com HORIZON app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, hear.com HORIZON might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall hear.com HORIZON. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall hear.com HORIZON then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing hear.com HORIZON not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make hear.com HORIZON be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
