1. HBL should hire some sensible tech team who can use their BRAIN.I tried to contact technical support but failed, overall app is good but one thing is very annoying; every time on app login, it wastes 2-3 minutes on LOAN option and when we close it, it redirects to feedback and thank for feedback page after too much loading time.

2. When I request it through text, I receive the OTP but no keyboard to enter it.Update: I received the OTP via call on my second phone.

1. Fix HBL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HBL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HBL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HBL" » Open HBL Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HBL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HBL Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HBL servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HBL Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HBL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HBL might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HBL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HBL then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HBL not working

2. Fix HBL Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HBL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HBL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HBL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
