But I have a bit of problem with the edit, can you make it more easy or fix the resizing, the pitch doesn't really work well hope it will get fixed (if you know what I mean about where is the problem)I had a wonderful experience with this gamepad, but after several uses, the left joystick seem to get stuck in place for unknown reason.

7. For those with similar issues or McAfee, under firewall settings/internet connections for programs, find the app and under edit/access/incoming and outgoing click "open ports to work and home networks".

8. It does the job as described which my only complaint would be the right joy stick has a little lag issues and it's hard to set the sensitivity, and the fact that it's timed play and you have to watch ads to gain more time but hey it's FREE.

9. It's legit!! Update: the joysticks are fine, it was on my end.Took a minute to get it working because my antivirus software was blocking it instead of Windows.

1. Fix HandyGamePad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HandyGamePad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HandyGamePad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HandyGamePad" » Open HandyGamePad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HandyGamePad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HandyGamePad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HandyGamePad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HandyGamePad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HandyGamePad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HandyGamePad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HandyGamePad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HandyGamePad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HandyGamePad not working

2. Fix HandyGamePad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HandyGamePad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HandyGamePad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HandyGamePad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
