Why should I report an Issue with Hallo - Language Learning?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Hallo to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Although, I can hear the right tone while searching for partner, But after connecting with the partner the headphones get disabled and audio comes only from phone speaker.When i think, okay i know so much things in english like vocabulary, making sentence, basic grammer.

2. Hallo please resolve this issue above issue that I've mention and bring back filter and call history option.Non sense app for now.

3. Please fix itIn every call after few seconds the opposite person can't hear my voice but i can hear them.

4. But despite being updated, I'm facing an issue that I can't see any profile picture neither my profile picture nor other's profile picture and my internet connection is also good.

5. Talks very slow and cannot speed up (although AI teacher says it wull try) or tries to explain German words in English.

6. i need to talk with someone for practice english (obviously real person not bot).

7. And filter option and call history option have been removed which is not fair.

8. I get to try many times to successfully establish the call with that person again.

10. But I have some issues that I can't cut the call and the the sound icon and I cannot cut the call.

11. the options that allowed to see your calling list it's not there anymore So you can't make contact with people who you was talk with themHi sir i have used this app 2 years ago but I tried to use now and upgrade it.

1. Fix Hallo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hallo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hallo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hallo" » Open Hallo - Language Learning » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hallo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hallo - Language Learning app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hallo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hallo - Language Learning" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hallo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hallo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hallo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hallo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hallo not working

2. Fix Hallo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hallo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hallo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hallo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
