Why should I report an Issue with Neat Reader - EPUB Reader?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of EpubReader to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I give it 5 stars because of that.However its functionality could be improved by 1) Batch import of books, 2) Not having to create a bookmark to go read a footnote and jump back, and 3) More responsive user support.I like the clean UI.

The only two things I'd like to point out are that when you try to import more than 1 book, it only shows one and then it doesn't let you import the others saying that they're already in the app and that it would be nice to have a progress percentage for read pages.This app along with Pocketbook are my fave book apps.

3. it's very easy to use too! although, I kinda wished the dark mode was better (black bg, white text) and I also wished I'm able to change the book cover and title.

4. i had thought this would be a neat replacement for an epub reader i've used for a long time but as it turns out i can't even import books without an error all the time.

5. The wifi transfer was perfect but since it stopped working, and I read thru all the books, I'm going to have to look for another app.I love how simple it is.

6. although it would've been fine for me since the ui is pretty and aesthetically pleasing, i still can't import books.I honestly have no idea why this app has zero reviews.

8. I want to be able to organize them myself on the shelf, and edit the author/title information and it would even be great if I could add the name of the series so everything organized nice and neat.

1. Fix Neat Reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Neat Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Neat Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Neat Reader" » Open Neat Reader - EPUB Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Neat Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Neat Reader - EPUB Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Neat Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Neat Reader - EPUB Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Neat Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Neat Reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Neat Reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Neat Reader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Neat Reader not working

2. Fix Neat Reader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Neat Reader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Neat Reader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Neat Reader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
