Why should I report an Issue with EddyStudy - The Flashcards App?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Edward Grude to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. There should be a mode that shows multiple options but only one is right, and the wrong choices are grabbed randomly from other questions....it used to be a few seconds just to choose a picture where the user can crop the window rather than trying to take several minutes to orient some picture into some stupid preset frame that is pretty much unvarying.

2. I mainly use it for vocabulary practice, so it would be useful to be able to switch off automatic capitalization as in some languages nouns are always capital but other types of word are not, and as I'm mainly typing in single words there's no need for the capital letter at the start of each word.

3. Finally I just want to say that I think less than 3 euros is not expensive at all considering the beautiful UI and the fact that is one time payment.Easy and intuitive, love that I can organize into folders, copy and move flashcards between stacks.

4. It's a small detail but irritating nonetheless.I love the UI but the studyoo backup is not working (I tried to sign up but I got a server error ) which makes me nervous about losing all my cards if I loose my phone.

5. please add a mode to automatically play cards Questions And Answers continuously so we don't have to hit next every time to play the next card.

6. No monospaced or superscript text, e.t.c • When I save answers that contain html tags, parts of my answer (sometimes all of it) gets wiped which is very annoying.

7. Also doesn't have a space repetition system to avoid going through cards you already learned.

8. Please add the multiple choice feature back to this app I would really appreciate it.So I needed to make some flashcards.

9. The only thing that bothers me is that multiple choice has been eliminated.

1. Fix EddyStudy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EddyStudy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EddyStudy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EddyStudy" » Open EddyStudy - The Flashcards App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EddyStudy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EddyStudy - The Flashcards App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EddyStudy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EddyStudy - The Flashcards App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EddyStudy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EddyStudy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EddyStudy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EddyStudy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EddyStudy not working

2. Fix EddyStudy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EddyStudy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EddyStudy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EddyStudy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
