1. In major US cities ride now as well.Not able to book a ride as a comportate account at all can somebody help? I have Activated Corporate Account at payment options it changes the profile to my company name, then when I try to book it asks for payment information, so I go again to put comportate Account data and then it says, account already activated..The cleanest cars and nicest drivers.

2. You have to go in and manually change things every time and now I'm going to be arriving 30 minutes with no ride.I was using Groundlink before and it was wonderful,however I didn't get the notification all of my info/account was moving to this app and now I can't open this app at all.

3. The first time I tried calling the driver multiple times and it wouldn't connect so I had to call the customer service first.

4. Update: just tried to create my account with this company,via the app and the website and the app froze and the website crashed.

5. They are very reliable, friendly and prompt service.Very easy to use, I can book rides on demand all over the world with it.

6. Massive waste of time.I love Groundlink! I always use them when I have early flights or when going on a cruise.

7. I can't sign in to the app on the account I created, despite a password reset (can log in on computer though).

8. I'm going to have to find another car service😐I don't know why anyone suggested this company to me.

9. The website won't complete my booking and the app won't let me login so I guess they don't want my business.

10. And it doesn't matter how many times you put in your flight information, they don't adjust based on your flight.
