1. I don't know if they even get the emails.The messages/alert don't load properly and the package delivery notifcation glitches some, but I am satisfied with the app and the ease of paying rent.Well, why cannot I reserve amenities? When I open "amenities" there is "No reservable amenities".

2. The website I use to pay rent is also broken! That is litterally the most important thing and it is completely broken and uselessSuper easy to contact the staff and put in any work order I need.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Greystar Resident App Issues

1. Fix Greystar Resident App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Greystar Resident App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Greystar Resident App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Greystar Resident App" » Open Greystar Resident App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Greystar Resident App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Greystar Resident App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Greystar Resident App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Greystar Resident App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Greystar Resident App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Greystar Resident App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Greystar Resident App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Greystar Resident App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Greystar Resident App not working
