1. The last driver I had even made sure my order was to my specification!! All around great service!! Used this app 3 times since downloaded and was never disappointed.The app is slow, non responsive, customer support is slow to respond if at all, delivery times are terrible well over an hour, food arrives cold.
2. Unlike the other delivery option for Guam, the first time I used it the food arrived in time for dinner and was hot! Also, they are stimulating the economy and helping those in need during the coronavirus, so they're a great company! Will recommend to more people once the options expands.They charge well over established menu prices on each item and then still charge a delivery and a service fee.
3. I'd rather just tip the driver.I've been waiting for a food delivery app to come to Guam! Unfortunately, the fees added on top of your food are astronomical! There's a delivery fee, understandable, but then there's a service fee as well! Not to mention the tip for the driver! By the time you complete your order, your $10-$15 meal has more than doubled in price.
4. I understand if you want to charge a delivery and a service fee but don't hide additional profits in charging more than the restaurants menu prices.The only thing this app is good for is to look through the menus of restaurants.
5. Delivery fee's are understandable because they're taking into consideration the distance the drivers would have to go in order to pick up and drop off the food.
6. The app makes you select a tip amount before the order is completed and if the app glitches out there is no way to dispute or cancel the order/transaction.Pros: -Able to view menus of food and beverage businesses.
7. Delivery charge is understandable but a service fee? Maybe not.
8. Everytime you want to add more items to your order, the previous items get taken off.The amount of bugs on this app are unreal, and it's only getting worse.
9. For example: I tried placing orders from Sundays for their "Earl Grey" and "Taro Earl Grey", but I couldn't add the items even though I selected a size option.
10. Additionally, their customer service representatives do a terrible job at fixing issues over the phone.
11. When I was connected to customer service, I repeated myself and the issues I was finding on BOTH the APP and WEBSITE.
