1. If your hungry on a Monday place your order the week before pay cash if they let you that's the only way you will get your order.Terrible delivery service none of the restaurant seem to get the orders right I'm always missing items or get the Wrong items .

2. I'm finally sick of it I've tried to get it multiple chances from different places it's not the restaurant....... fall river trash appOverall I like it but the new update doesn't let you enter custom tipping.

3. Uber eats and door dash Jack up the item prices, plus they have delivery and service fees.

4. More than once while ordering, I distinctly put in delivery then get told it's pick up...but then when checking the order it says delivery again.

5. You just can't use them because the app is horrible.App freezes have to shut my phone down three or four times before I can order.

6. I had to contact my bank to stop payment on 07/15/22 they tried to get payment from the bank and because I stopped payment they couldn't get it.

7. But they waited a whole day to try and get paid for an order I never received.

8. I placed an order on 07/14/22 and I am still waiting for it to show up.

9. Just a confusing experience.. Uber Eats, and even Doordash is better.Your app is still freezing.

1. Fix GotChew Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GotChew: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GotChew App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GotChew" » Open GotChew - Food Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GotChew » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GotChew - Food Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GotChew servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GotChew - Food Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GotChew app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GotChew might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GotChew. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GotChew then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GotChew not working

2. Fix GotChew Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GotChew be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GotChew not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GotChew may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
