Why should I report an Issue with ToTalk–Chats, Calls, Easy Load?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TIHN PTE. LIMITED to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. otherwise all of we will uninstall this application, if you won't solve this problem as soon as possible.I haven't experienced such a pathetic app which says we can have FREE calls and gives just one call free, the advertisements are bombarded like it's the beginning of the 3rd world war...none of the points gaining gimmicks work and whatever little points that we earn by watching the add keep getting vanished before we have enough credit to make another call.

How to reset an account and password?When i log in using my gmail and it says bind my number and when I put it in it says "theres already an account" which is that this is my new phone number like what? And then I try using my fb acc and it got an error please fix your apphey!! i hate your update 😡 the last time i used this was legit but this update i dont recommend it cuz i already watched to many ads to unlock the scratch thing or whatever the hell it was🙄 but it did nothing it was still locked i refreshed the app many and i even restart my phone watched ads again and it did nothing.

Only one thing, please give use customer service representative or answer emails regarding to bugging and by paying top up fees even the process was failed.how long this problem will take place dear ?????? It will take some days !!! Dear users, For improving the user experience and performance, ToTalk team will implement some key optimization of the Engaging Reward system.

4. There is no option where we can cancel our Subscription before the free 3 days trial period gets over in which we just got 1 free call and wHonestly, I wasn't expecting a real app giving points to be exchanged with load.

5. I tried to make it fix by reinstalling and updating with the latest version but stil i am unable to view ads and also the credit not been adding to my wallet.

7. During the period, the Engaging Reward system will be temporarily unavailable.

8. I hope this will be fixed ASAP.I'm a little disappointed with the sudden optimization in engaging rewards.

9. Even if I wait for the refreshing top up time still the system tells me that the number of top up reached the limit.

1. Fix ToTalk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ToTalk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ToTalk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ToTalk" » Open ToTalk–Chats, Calls, Easy Load » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ToTalk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ToTalk–Chats, Calls, Easy Load app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ToTalk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ToTalk–Chats, Calls, Easy Load" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ToTalk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ToTalk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ToTalk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ToTalk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ToTalk not working

2. Fix ToTalk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ToTalk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ToTalk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ToTalk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
