1. No cust service contact info, it doesn't always give the cashback rewards for purchases, and the "help" feature only gives you info about "stimulus check" deposits, nothing else.
2. The first time I deposited a check this way, I didn't know it would take so long, and was very frustrated that I then had no other option but to wait.Never had a problem with this app for years until this last update.
3. For the last two or three days I haven't even been able to log in at all getting error feedback.
4. I love this app!Check balance feature doesn't work with modern phones that use slide gestures vs buttons.
5. And bonus, you cant get ahold of anyone in costumer service! I'm definitely switching to a new online bank card.
6. I have enjoyed online banking but this is very aggravating to the point that I may move to another online bank.I don't know what the issue is with this app all of a sudden.
7. I've had no problem getting/sending $$$ from my regular bank to/from this one.I've been using this bank app for a few years now and at the beginning it was decent.
8. Convenient! Only issue with it is mobile check deposits take AT LEAST a week for the funds to appear.
9. If you never have an issue then the app is great and easy, but if you do have an issue (like with a pending authorization not falling off) then they basically give you the middle finger and tell you to shove off.
10. Three emails sent to the help address listed under the developer contact have gone unanswered with not even an automated response.
11. Last three days since Thursday June 4th the website and app are inaccessible and the Facebook page has comments disabled.
I asked you guys to delete my account but for some reason my email still attached to the account I need you to detach my email from that account
