Globe Suite Customer Insights

1. I've tried connecting with both a phone and tablet in either device the app refuses to connect the outlet.Awesome bulbs... I'm kind of techie, so although I had a little difficulty connecting the first one, I figured out what I was doing wrong and was able to get them all connected.

2. Ability to make more complex light phases as a shortcut, one button press, for any number of lights seems obvious, app falls short.I have two smart bulbs connected.

3. Apparently these settings are only stored in the bulb? Why can't they be stored in the app too? Tried to contact support but they require my full home address and phone number just to send them a message... Creepy and unnecessary.

4. Create scene from current colour settings would be immensely helpful, or at least preview the colours when you're choosing! It's like the developers never tried to use this app before deploying it.

5. It's convoluted and choosing light colours to create a scene is frustrating to the point that i manually set each light every time.

6. Same thing happens if a device goes offline, which thankfully is rare.My light bulb keeps disconnecting from the app.

7. When I try to use the Hotspot method and connect to the device the app then boots back to the main menu and won't load anything because it is connected to the hot spot and not regular wifi.

8. But I'd like to be able to put in a hexadecimal code for Smart Scenes too.I was initially scared when i can to download this app after ordering 8 lights.

9. I'll just have to try a different brand in the future.After using these lights for a few years I can confirm that they work nicely and colours are vivid.

10. You can make a "mood" for each individual light, but you have to manually tap each light and scroll down to your custom light setting for each bulb.

11. Tried pairing them using the app in various ways but it either fails or crashes when trying to pair from AP mode every time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Globe Suite Issues

1. Fix Globe Suite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Globe Suite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Globe Suite App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Globe Suite" » Open Globe Suite » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Globe Suite » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Globe Suite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Globe Suite servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Globe Suite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Globe Suite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Globe Suite might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Globe Suite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Globe Suite then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Globe Suite not working


2. Fix Globe Suite Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Globe Suite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Globe Suite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Globe Suite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • How can I add 2 cameras in my ipad? I used to have all 3 cameras but after our roof renovation only the back camera is installed. How could I add the 2 front outdoor cameras? I tried to follow the add steps but tried several times in vain.
