Will raise the star level if notifications get fixed, otherwise great app 🤘🏻Balancing out my prev review, really it's 3.5 maybe (finally, got back in, don't know why everything needs a password, if so it should work better.) The variety is a good thing if u don't like a song, tune back in later & like the previously played tracks, linked to Spotify so u can listen to them whenever... I don't want like a dozen channels to think about, but, maybe three instead of just two shows playing, since shows tend to repeat often there is, after a while, 'nothing on'.Great app, great for discovering metal music of all genres both new and old.

5. Other than this Gimme Radio has came a long way since I was using it back in 2017.I have had the app for a few months now and enjoy finding some old classics and new metal to listen to.

1. Fix Gimme Metal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gimme Metal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gimme Metal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gimme Metal" » Open Gimme Metal: 24/7 Metal Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gimme Metal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gimme Metal: 24/7 Metal Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gimme Metal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gimme Metal: 24/7 Metal Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gimme Metal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gimme Metal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gimme Metal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gimme Metal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gimme Metal not working

2. Fix Gimme Metal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gimme Metal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gimme Metal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gimme Metal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
