Why should I report an Issue with Guru?

1. Ideally they should provide notifications, approvals, just more than a simple read-only app.All redirects to guru cards from integrations like slack force user to rely on mobile browsers and not the app to open the card up in.

2. Good luck devs!Still needs improvement but works fine to have a quick view of the Guru cards if I'm unable to use my lappie.

3. I'm disappointed that this app does not allow editing or creating cards.Really simple to use and reliableNo ability to add new cards or edit existing cards.This app allows Guru to say they have an app.

4. This also is an issue when clicking anything hyperlinked to somewhere else from within guru (ie a confluence page or JIRA ticket, gsuite app, etc)The mobile app provides read only access to the knowledge base.

5. $5 a month adds up and it is a waist to pay for something im ot useing.I love Guru on desktop.

1. Fix Guru Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Guru: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Guru App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Guru" » Open Guru » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Guru » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Guru app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Guru servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Guru" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Guru app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Guru might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Guru. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Guru then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Guru not working

2. Fix Guru Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Guru be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Guru not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Guru may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
