hey, I want to cancel whatever I have with Gerald. It is constantly trying to take money out of my account and the app won’t open for me, it only allows me to go to safari and use paper clip. Please deactivate Gerald for me.

It won't let me sign into paperclip with my email and password. It won't let me reset my password with my email. It will let me log onto the phone app using my phone number only won't let me login with email
