1. Had to block payment because Google will not allow me to get a refund.I normally don't write reviews but I think it's B.S. that most of the cool features you see in the demos on youtube aren't available on the android version and they conveniently forget to mention this anywhere.

I strongly recommend waiting for the update.there is too little content ! cannot create nor import tracks ! cannot edit existing tracks ! the polyrythm feature is great but not letting me having my own progressions really misses the point of jazzI have the iOS version that has all the jazz standards.

4. All in all useless until maybe when i go on leave in France or ItalyWould love to see advertised features brought to the Android version.

9. The sound quality is quite good for practicing but the loops repeat verbatim, without variants, so it would get boring in a live situation without at least a second or third instrument, or am I missed it? That said, the poly timings are great if you're into complex timings.

1. Fix Genius Jamtracks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Genius Jamtracks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Genius Jamtracks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Genius Jamtracks" » Open Genius Jamtracks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Genius Jamtracks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Genius Jamtracks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Genius Jamtracks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Genius Jamtracks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Genius Jamtracks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Genius Jamtracks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Genius Jamtracks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Genius Jamtracks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Genius Jamtracks not working

2. Fix Genius Jamtracks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Genius Jamtracks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Genius Jamtracks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Genius Jamtracks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
