Bummer.I can't buy the infinite pack and I want to Error: "the version of the application is not configured for billing through Google play" Huge fan of the loops but it's currently unusable, I'm using a pixel 5I'm a pro muso/producer/lecturer & I've been using, and recommending, this app for years.

9. Edit Thanks Mauro! Good to know that's what's happening with the variable BPM! It's that human element! Maybe my bpm counter is off then... I'll have another go and report back.

1. Fix Drumgenius Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Drumgenius: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Drumgenius App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Drumgenius" » Open Drumgenius » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Drumgenius » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Drumgenius app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Drumgenius servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Drumgenius" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Drumgenius app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Drumgenius might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Drumgenius. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Drumgenius then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Drumgenius not working

2. Fix Drumgenius Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Drumgenius be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Drumgenius not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Drumgenius may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
