1. It is frustrating to scroll past my 8-year old's account which never changes in order to look at the joint account with my wife.after playing around with the app for 30 minutes my impression is positive Pros: - Fingerprint Login (fast) - Consistent: UI is similar to the new site.
2. 6 stars for customer service, 4 stars for the app until it works without a workaroundI like almost everything about the app except the fact that when looking to see a copy of the check which was cashed sometimes I get an error message (DS:1.8-data not found).

4. When using mobile deposit, there's an awful sound that plays when the pictures are taken, assuming the app accepts your pictures (I take 4k pictures and still have regular issues) there's also a two day waiting period no matter what that you can't seem to get around.
5. crisp, clean, and super green -Card Controls seem incredibly useful and helpful Cons: -Font is big for account balances.
6. I also appreciate the quick access button, which makes it easy to get to the mobile deposit feature.
7. As for the new app, the new GUI is great and the much needed fingerprint login is a very welcome addition Edit #2:The app doesn't work.
8. This bank belongs in the dark ages.Would have been nice to have some warning instead of trying to login to the old app and not being able to anymore.
9. They changed the login for biometrics to one in which it cancels out if you touch any part if the screen, and if you're able to somehow get a reading it fails because of how lightly you applied pressure.
10. The "edit display" option should allow you to hide them, but only permits you to change the name of the account.
11. Edit #3 customer service for Genisys continues to be top notch.
