1. I have un installed and re installed this several times and it doesn't not work.Potentially good app that used to be good but like other reviews, notifications (the most important feature) worked for a while but do not now keep popping up unless you set them every week which defeats the purpose.

2. There should be a 'remember me' or 'remember address' function, it is frustrating having to search for your address every time you access the app to check something.Reminder function doesn't update.

3. Annoying notifications that there is no way to disable.Used to work (tho never understood why it couldn't keep your details, needing reentry each time).

4. It installs and when you open it, it shows loading then a message comes up saying unable to download information, if this continues contact... etc.

5. The reminders happen at the wrong date and time, often all bins in the same week.

6. Look like I've been updated, asks for council then crash's on download, then not able to use at all.

7. Would be better if it had the ability to show all information within the app without being taken back to the website.This app used to be good.

8. But in summary to my over all experience - this app is almost useless.It wasn't really an app to start with, just a link to council websites.

9. Also has the info of holiday collections so you arent left looking like someone fly tipped outside your house because you missed the altered collection day.

11. What the point in this app?Has an easy on the eye list of items for each bin with a swipe function to cycle through the types of bins.

1. Fix Bin-Ovation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bin-Ovation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bin-Ovation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bin-Ovation" » Open Bin-Ovation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bin-Ovation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bin-Ovation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bin-Ovation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bin-Ovation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bin-Ovation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bin-Ovation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bin-Ovation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bin-Ovation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bin-Ovation not working

2. Fix Bin-Ovation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bin-Ovation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bin-Ovation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bin-Ovation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
