1. It does take a few days to get used to the layout, but it works.Love the vast selection of coins you offer, but PLEASE PLEASE add a 'market orders' to the app and website!!! Sometimes when you're trying to sell quickly when the price is dropping, you'll have to cancel and reset the price several times because the price is dropping quicker and quicker and you lose a lot of money but not being able to just sell for the next highest market price!! This is a huge deal, and a VERY big hastle.

3. I would like to disable all UI animation if thats possible! Please find a way to make UI responsive! The app has gone through so many updates already problem still there!!I discovered in order to complete the verification process you must do it from a computer and not hour phone.

5. 🤷🏾 ♂️ no big deal to me when there are plenty of others.Broken. After you put in your email and make a password it sends you a code.

6. Upon putting this code in and hitting enter a loading circle flashes in the middle of the screen the code disappears and the timer keeps counting down.

1. Fix Gate.io Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gate.io: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gate.io App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gate.io" » Open Gate.io - Buy Bitcoin & Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gate.io » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gate.io - Buy Bitcoin & Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gate.io servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gate.io - Buy Bitcoin & Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gate.io app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gate.io might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gate.io. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gate.io then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gate.io not working

2. Fix Gate.io Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gate.io be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gate.io not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gate.io may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
