1. Finally, on screens with multiple text boxes, when my keyboard comes up, I have to hit the back button to remove the keyboard to see the next textbox, there should be a scroll functionality in this use case.After the first update ,it seems to be a bit faster, but pending transactions are not where they belong.

2. Please bring back the easy and clean user experience and interface from the old version, it was light years better!Tons of latency and errors when hitting the Orange back button after drilling into a transaction.

3. It was nice to be prompted for fingerprint instead of having to find myself.I was surprised to see a new user interface when I recently opened my Gate City Bank App.

4. You can only view the check's, which was the whole point of this update, if you 1st hit view all in the transactions.

5. I would love to see that as well as an option to add an authentication app, similar to Google Authenticator, where you scan a QR code to enter the websiteI really like this update.

6. This last update apparently makes it so that you cannot see the individual transactions within each account from the fast balance window.

7. Also I'm asked to verify my identity via text or phone call every single time I login.

8. Takes longer to get into transactions and to do your normal banking and is a horrible experience.Used to be great.

9. About the only time I open the app these days is if I don't recognize a transaction in a text notification I receive.

10. Since their most recent update the app is only useful view balances.

11. Over all, horrible update! Not user friendly at all.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gate City Bank Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
