Leider kann ich mich nicht mit meiner ID oder meinem Passwort einloggen. Meine IMEI und mein Passwort wird nicht angenommen.Zurücksetzen des Passwortes leider nicht möglich.
Ich möchte aber meinen GPS Tracker nutzen.
Ich bitte um Abhilfe, dass ein Einloggen möglich ist.

I bought two pet trackers from you, but I cannot use them, as when I go to the app, I am requested for SMS verification, and it does not work. Maybe it is because it is a foreign number (I use a Hong Kong number, as I live in Hong Kong), I don't know. Can you please assist ? Otherwise I will have to ask for refund to the company that sold the products to me, as I cannot use them. THANKS in advance

Dear AIKA the GPS App has stopped connecting over the past month, my user number is 9170616436.
each time I try to log in to track my vehicle the app stalls and will not connect.

I am using few AIKA GPS (iMARS ENUSIC) for vehicles, and I need to be able to create accounts that allow me to visualize more than one vehicle at the same time.

Hi, I have AIKA gps more than 3 yars but now i have change the sim with new one, cause the old was expire. What i have to Do in order to have tracking again. I have app on my mobile instaled, but the gps unit is with status off line. The orange and the blue Led are flashing.Please advice!

I failed to sign into account on more than one device. For instance, I am already login via the android app but cannot sign in via laptop as it used to be or having logins on different devices.
It says password or username is incorrect yet they are all correct.

I am using AIKA APP to track a vehicle on which I installed a Magnetic Tracking Device. Your APP has been working well. Now it shows the device is OFFLINE and DORMANT. The device has an n ON/OFF switch. I can't send commands to it; whenever I try from your app I get the reply that the command has not been sent. This is unlike before when commands would go through.
