1. It is my very favorite after having tried ALL OF THEM!! I desperately needed one that worked reliably on its own to help me keep track of all my running around and errands so I never have to depend on my memory which does not!! 1. Fix GPS Time Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GPS Time Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GPS Time Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GPS Time Tracker" » Open GPS Time Tracker - logbook Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GPS Time Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GPS Time Tracker - logbook Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GPS Time Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GPS Time Tracker - logbook Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GPS Time Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GPS Time Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GPS Time Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GPS Time Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GPS Time Tracker not working
