Why should I report an Issue with Learn Norwegian - 11,000 Words?

1. By the time I reach the end of the lesson, I forget most of the words in it because, again, they're way too many :/I love the app it is so great and I'm going to Norway after for a month so I need a really good language so people can understand me no I'm giving five stars to this appI like it.

2. I used this app for learning Norwegian and I am very satisfied.(Edit: I'm lowering the score by two stars because second vocabulary level doesn't unlock when you finish the first one, seems like it's permanently behind a paywall.

3. Considering that kost of apps went toward that direction, I would probably use this app even more often if the dark mode was implemented.I deleted Duolingo and downloaded this because Duolingo was engaging in divisive politics.

4. Why was instructions saying letters than grunt after? Why several pronunciations? Why not explain? Was it expecting me to draw letters? I am out.Great app, I would just prefer that you implement dark more.

5. Now it just has a dumb picture with the message "Unlock more sentences..." So what then, I should learn the alphabet and a bunch of words/noun? What a downgrade from what this app used to be.

1. Fix Learn Norwegian Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Learn Norwegian: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Learn Norwegian App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learn Norwegian" » Open Learn Norwegian - 11,000 Words » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn Norwegian » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn Norwegian - 11,000 Words app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn Norwegian servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn Norwegian - 11,000 Words" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn Norwegian app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn Norwegian might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn Norwegian. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn Norwegian then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn Norwegian not working

2. Fix Learn Norwegian Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Learn Norwegian be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Learn Norwegian not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Learn Norwegian may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
