1. If you're a beginner, it's a good app for you.This app's handwriting-recognition is lousy! This app has really great POTENTIAL but it just can't cope with your handwriting! You have to tediously peck away at either the qwerty keyboard or the app's own keyboard! So many answers HAVE to be supplied by tedious key-presses! Supply the correct letter too early and you are recorded as having made a mistake, and forced to repeat the exercise.

3. Clear Learn Italian - 11,000 Words app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn Italian servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn Italian - 11,000 Words" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn Italian app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn Italian might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn Italian. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn Italian then reinstall.
