Why should I report an Issue with Learn Italian - Speak Italian?

1. While connecting words to possible illustrations, the text occasionally disappears, this occurred on both devices that I tried using the application on, additionally when you have to spell the word shown on the illustration, individual letters also dissappear.

2. Accidently hit the wrong first letter and I cannot erase and have to get it wrong to continue.At first I loved this app, but after a recent update the speakers changed and the new recordings are very rapid, unclear, and the last syllable is usually cut out.

3. Finally, the progression is not optimum for a new learner.I enjoyed it, but wish it would have been betterI've paid so I will use it but when speaking it is not always picking up what I'm saying and comes up with something completely different.

4. It allows you to jump back and forward to different topics and learn what you want to learn first as well as pick difficultly level.

5. The thing is, it's very expensive, the free content is not enough to bother using, and there are other apps that do what this does that are less expensive.

6. I like growing the vocab, but I cannot form sentences on my own if I dont understand how they need to change based on structure.

7. Edited: after contacting the team and trying to use the voice recognition all this week, it's now not picking up my voice at all - trying to get a refund.

8. I'm currently living in Italy and feel more confident when I go to stores, restaurants, etc.Has potential, but also bugs and occasionally inaccurate translations (translating into English, but more often occurred in Polish).

9. I really like it! It's easy to navigate, has lots of different lessons to do and you can repeat lessons for extra practice.

10. I'm learning a lot so far!Fantastic! I was a Duolingo user for many years and can tell you that Mondly Italian app is a way better app.

1. Fix Learn Italian Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Learn Italian: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Learn Italian App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learn Italian" » Open Learn Italian - Speak Italian » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn Italian » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn Italian - Speak Italian app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn Italian servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn Italian - Speak Italian" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn Italian app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn Italian might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn Italian. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn Italian then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn Italian not working

2. Fix Learn Italian Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Learn Italian be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Learn Italian not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Learn Italian may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
