1. My first years return on investment has been about 21% Also in the last month or two they decided to allow the majority of investments to be more liquid and able to be withdrawn at lower fees. The app was great until I started referring people.
2. I placed $500 into various investments and a high yield savings account and in their first 30 days Fundrise gained the most.
3. Also it would be nice to be able to change your Core plan (Supplemental, Balanced, Long Term Growth) and be able to make direct investments via the mobile app instead of just the desktop platform.
4. I am hoping that Fundrise will continue to make improvements over time and will readjust my rating when these changes are implemented.I think the app could use more detail but overall I enjoy it simply because it gives me access on my phone with a pin login which is convenient.
5. I like Fundrise as a whole and it's been enjoyable and far more lucrative vs a savings account.
6. Overall would recommend the app if you have a Fundrise account obviously. It is an ok start for the mobile platform for now.
7. Some features like making changes to your Account Settings and Documents still take you out of the app and have to log into the mobile browser which isn't as nice.
8. Income seem to be more stable than the long term growth.Don't put your personal information in until you have read EVERYTHING in the contract.
9. I had referred family and friends and went to cashout my money and all the sudden my account locked.
10. Only use is to deposit money and see your investments tanking. My income increased unexpectedly to a level where I could finally save/invest.
11. It kills my investor confidence to see a company hiding the fact that I have lost money investing with them. For an app it's so simple it's worthless.
