And there is something wrong with this app There's no password there's no pop up there's nothing it's just blinds from my end.I used it for a day, it logs out everytime i close it and another issie is that i was playing demo open few trades and now after few hours when i opened it again it is not showing me anything in history and the balance is same as i started with? I tried to use clients portal there And when i am entering my email it is closing down the app.The app is user friendly.

2. Even for beginners, it is easy to use, and the customer service live chat is quick in replying.Connection timeouts! Seriously! When I chatted to customer service they were ready to reply me with connection timeout template as they knew another user with same issue.

3. The 5th star is not there because a quick buy and sell option in the graph screen just like on mt4 on pc and it would get 5 stars from me.It's great but need a lot of improvements, The history, pending orders, and open trades don't appear when i buy or sell.

4. Look for an alternative broker is my advice.App can't read OTP and if we switch app to read OTP, it refresh the page and have to start again by entering login ID.

5. You can monitor trades that you place on the mt4 pc platform via this app too and close them off if they not going your way or enter when your target is met and you at the shops or someone in the family needs your attention.

6. If it's known to business, then why don't they fix it !6Since adding my phone number I have had nothing but spam calls from all over the world, not only that but the app wouldn't download properly.

1. Fix FP Markets Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FP Markets: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FP Markets App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FP Markets" » Open FP Markets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FP Markets » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FP Markets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FP Markets servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FP Markets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FP Markets app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FP Markets might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FP Markets. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FP Markets then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FP Markets not working
