1. Please helpIt is good for studies because when you want to pick a question random for test it can help you(Jon sandman fan) I love this app it's so simple and easy to use idk how to shake your phone like Jon sandman or if you need a specific phone but I love this appThis app doesnt even work.

4. If you put out an update for android allowing us to shake our phone then I will gladly change my review to 5 stars.It's ok but has a bug where the first roll you do will always be 49, even if that's not a number within the range.Perfect. Just what I needed.

1. Fix Pretty Random Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pretty Random: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pretty Random App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pretty Random" » Open Pretty Random - Random Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pretty Random » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pretty Random - Random Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pretty Random servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pretty Random - Random Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pretty Random app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pretty Random might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pretty Random. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pretty Random then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pretty Random not working

2. Fix Pretty Random Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pretty Random be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pretty Random not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pretty Random may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
