1. The app says that my connection is slow no matter what I do.New Credit Card Changes Suck I've never been able to manage my credit card account through the app, but before recent changes in 2022 I could AT LEAST see my credit card account balance.

I remember a while ago (around a year at this point?) it just didn't work well at all, but now it's very easy to check my accounts transfer in between them in a few seconds, and I've recently found out about the mobile check deposit feature, which I am incredibly excited to have from the convienance of my home.
3. Constantly asking me to increase my level of security and offering a gift card through a drawing? No helpfulSuper helpful tool for being financially present with your Credit Union.
4. Also if you send a message for assistance, they never contact you back and both text and phone are given as options.Since the changes, it's not very intuitive, logout process not automated and will not leave my screen until dismissed through app manager.
5. Needs work to be usable again ! All my other apps still work fine.Parts of the app are easy to use, others you spend a lot of time searching for.
6. Latest change doesn't show account numbers so if you are transferring to a families account, it's a guessing game of which one until you can get a nickname saved for it or go under member to member transfer.
7. It defeats the purpose of a text alert.I've liked this app for a while after there were a bunch of great updates on it within the last couple of years.
8. They also make it easy for me to look a my credit score and see how I can work to improve it and or, what would happen if you did something like miss a payment or if you pay extra what would happen.
9. I've tried multiple wifi sources, being close to routers, phone data, and still have the problem every time.
10. Lately it has lost or they changed important features that you cannot use anymore and it takes forever to load if it ever does.
11. With the virus situation calling to report this has been unsuccessful.Update, 4 months later they still have not fixed the problems !!! It's sad that they cannot make an app that works for their customers effectively.
