Why should I report an Issue with Astro Guru: Astrology, Daily H?

1. No matter how many pictures I took, different lighting, different positions following the first guideline that says to place the cross in between the first 2 lines, or following the second guideline and placing the palm within the palm drawn on screen, the lines would never appear correctly.

2. It would only find like half of my length of lines or pick up breaks in the line when there is no break and they are deep lines so it shouldnt be hard to detect..Got this just to try out the palm reading feature.

3. It shows with a highlighted line where it picks up each palm line and they arent even close to being accurate to where they actually are located or to the true length of the lines.

4. Also scan your palm 2-3 times to check accuracy of lines scanned and review provided.Palm reading is extremely innacurate.

5. I must say it did sound a lot like me.. the funny part is that I compared the reading to another palm reading AI app and they didn't both match up completely, but I suppose that would depend on the knowledge of the applications programmer.

6. And the fact that the cross is supposed to be in between the top 2 lines, but it's placed on the bottom of the hand drawing on screen is laughable.This is a great app, i love the features and UI.

7. Please!That's a lie u can see sometimes it show incorrect prediction and u can't depend on it and one thing also it says that u earn in foreign country to mostly everyone even if u are not earning in foreign countryThe app does look good and provides a view of our lives.

8. They reads our palm for free, and they would say about it which was 💯 Correct for me.

9. Good for one time use but not very trustable as it doesn't provide the insights for which the user is actually looking for.

10. The program that is used doesn't even pick up the lines correctly.

1. Fix Astro Guru Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Astro Guru: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Astro Guru App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Astro Guru" » Open Astro Guru: Astrology, Daily H » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Astro Guru » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Astro Guru: Astrology, Daily H app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Astro Guru servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Astro Guru: Astrology, Daily H" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Astro Guru app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Astro Guru might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Astro Guru. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Astro Guru then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Astro Guru not working

2. Fix Astro Guru Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Astro Guru be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Astro Guru not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Astro Guru may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
