Why should I report an Issue with Brew Guru?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It's even worse now that I have to say "sounds good" and have no option to select I don't want to enable location, then I get a second splash screen that wants me to go to settings after I pick no from my systemUsed to work fine until it randomly stopped accepting my updated membership.

2. The app does have good qualities but the negatives heavily out way.Continually runs even when blocking background usage and denying use of location services.

6. After the "upgrade" it asks for your login, them wants you to allow access to a bunch of stuff, then takes you back to the login screen like you never logged in, an endless loop.

8. Instead of using the built in options which I can tell not to bother me anymore you circumvent this by using an annoying splash screen every time I start the app.

9. Use my location services when the app is open but not in the background.

10. Until then, I'm turning it off at the system level.I don't want to give you location access.

1. Fix Brew Guru Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Brew Guru: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Brew Guru App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Brew Guru" » Open Brew Guru » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Brew Guru » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Brew Guru app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Brew Guru servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Brew Guru" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Brew Guru app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Brew Guru might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Brew Guru. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Brew Guru then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Brew Guru not working

2. Fix Brew Guru Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Brew Guru be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Brew Guru not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Brew Guru may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
