The icon buttons often takes two or more presses to register, amd even with a 2019 flagship phone, this app is the only app that manages to make my phone lag, despise this app doing nothing.NARRATOR: (Black screen with text; The sound of buzzing bees can be heard) According to all known laws of aviation, : there is no way a bee should be able to fly.

2. My phone also began to heat up until the app finally crashed and I promptly uninstalled it.Honestly when myself and some of my freinds told me that it was mandatory to use this app if you wanted to get some stuff on events we knew this was going to be awful.

3. This is a poor evolution of school usages.I initially gave it 1 star for it's ancient interface and poor performance, but now I came back to give it 0 stars.

4. Then all of a sudden it starts crashing and that's just dumb now its gotten to the point were it won't even load in even my school tried to look into it but nope it's dumb.

5. I mean 9 times out of 10 it won't open, I looked into the software and overall code of it and it tracks everything you do, the UI is made to look like the first version of Microsoft Paint, and overall this is absolutely awful.

6. You select what school, enter ID number and last name and boom you're in their account.

7. Like see the timestamp of the pass, and whether we've closed it or notI have random alarms set for when school starts which I did not set.

8. Since downloading, I've had alarms set, which I had not set myself, only for school days, which promptly disappear after going off.

9. Something I've learned about this app is that it can see everything that you're doing on your phone, and can even change things on your device.

11. There should at least have another window that verifies that the student signing in is actually the student who is under the ID number (email, 2fa, etc.). Besides that the app runs decently, it's not 5 star decent but it runs.

1. Fix 5-Star Students Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 5-Star Students: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 5-Star Students App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "5-Star Students" » Open 5-Star Students » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 5-Star Students » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 5-Star Students app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 5-Star Students servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "5-Star Students" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 5-Star Students app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 5-Star Students might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 5-Star Students. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 5-Star Students then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 5-Star Students not working

2. Fix 5-Star Students Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 5-Star Students be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 5-Star Students not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 5-Star Students may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
