DeFit Customer Insights

1. A suggestion I have is to be able to have a notification come in after the 'active time' drops below a certain time.I love using this app, I wish it had more debug options though like the ability to set a range of randomized speeds or set only a certain amount of time to be used, but even as is the app is perfectly usable.

2. It's still great, though, and you can click to get minutes in sets of 60 up to a total of 240 each time they run fairly low.Had been working great until an hour ago.

3. We need to be able to add 30min increments all at once, or set an exact end time amount, or select from multiple time options (30,45,90,120).

4. So helpful! UPDATE2: 6 months in and still using it every day {on 2 phones now!} And I don't remember the last time I had to restart it or force close.

5. Now I don't know if this is something with the app itself or with Pogo but it's barely tracking any distance at all and within a 720 minute time frame It might only track 0.5 to 1 km which isn't as advantageous to have especially when there are events with really good egg pools.

6. The transparency of using ads to make money off of it is very nice too, Ill gladly support this app via that as long as nothing gets locked behind a paywall.Only being able to select the max mins (250) or the min (60 i think?) is far too limiting for debugging a fitness app.

7. Used to work absolutely amazingI wanted to give this five stars because it worked perfectly for me for a long time, but recently it stopped offering ads.

8. Time for the next feature update! Otherwise works exactly as it should 95% of the time on samsung androids.

9. I make sure all my apps are updated, I'll turn off Adventure Sync and turn it back on, log out of DeFit and log back in, clear cache and data... I'm really not sure.

10. Every now and then if I minimize and bring it back up it will offer one, but 95% of the time it doesn't.

11. I wish they'd add a notification for when your timer gets low so you don't lose out if your device didn't sync recently.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix DeFit Issues

1. Fix DeFit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart DeFit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the DeFit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DeFit" » Open DeFit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DeFit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear DeFit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DeFit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DeFit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check DeFit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DeFit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall DeFit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DeFit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DeFit not working


2. Fix DeFit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DeFit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DeFit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DeFit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
