1. Very disappointing! Had the app for several months prior to issues, now it just don't want to work, at all.It's very slow, glitchy, and doesn't load or takes very long to load then it will only show some of the info it should be showing and it constantly shows a notification when you open the app to set up fingerprints which is annoying and slows down the logging in process.
2. Txt balance doesn't work either.Garbage. I signed up on the website first and both the app and the web portal worked great....twice. Now, whenever I try to check my balance and/or transactions, both the app and portal will display one or the other but never both at the same time.
3. The finishing touch is that nearly half the time my account will not even load on the home screen (app and portal both) and I have to jump from home to preferences to home again several times to get that to even show up.
4. I forgot my USER ID and Password to it and I can't even create a new one because you can't see what anything says because the page doesn't fit my phone screen apparently, and you can't use an email to reset your password, you have to have your USER ID so I can't even get into my account.
5. Just reinstalled it today and I'm having the very same problem, can't log into my account and all there is, is a blank white screen when I open the app.
6. ++UPDATE++ So I was recording a video of this garbage app/portal dynamic duo(sarcasm) and the app actually crashes every time I tap the Locations map from the main screen! LMAO.
7. I really hope they get around to fixing these issues, since I don't have a mode of transport to constantly check the balance on an ATM.The original set up of the app was fantastic, you just punch in a 4 digit code and you're in the app.
8. Everytime I sign into the app the information for my card takes forever to load, if at all.
9. Lags, and just doesn't work like it is supposed to! The info tab pops up and have to dismiss it over and over.
10. I can either see my balance and my transactions never load or my transactions will load but not my balance.
11. Uninstall, wait a while, reinstall, it works for one week, and then back to never being able to sign in.
Someone has stolen my card information & personal information linked toy EBT edge account & EBT card. There has been money STOLEN from MY benefits amount on my account when the ENT card is in my pocket. There has been card skimming @ Circle K & Sheetz gas stations/convenience stores in wake county NC.
I had been homeless and lost my phone with clyburnmarlene5@redacted email and forgot my password. There is no way to retrieve the info. I need to create a new ebtedge registration. Please help me.
