2. Would be nice if First Student had this.It's a mandatory, one way means for your employer to talk at you, mostly when your not at work, so they may inform you of things that rarely pertain to you.

3. As a bonus, it can also cause other apps to crash so be sure to close out anything you may be doing because work needs to harass you while you're not getting paid.I like it.

4. This app used to workMy notification are on and allowed, volume up and I still don't get notified especially when there is something in the "my news" section...why? please help.As employer apps go, it isn't bad.

5. There are ways to earn prizes, and gift cards, andit just keeps everyone up to date.I have had a very hard time getting this downloaded.

6. What is rather irksome is that authors at local area do not sign their material.... So receivors cannot know who is writing the messages.

7. Typing on an itty bitty phone screen is a major pain in the rear.

8. I had to have internet to download app in the first place...I do have internet connected, but app is insistent I don't.

9. There is a lot that goes on out there that First Student Drivers participate in around the country, and I enjoy reading them.

10. Whoever designed this didn't this out very well for everyone.Tells me check internet connection when trying to log in.

11. Possibly missing out on messages from our supervisor.Took me over 5 full days to figure this out to put on my computor.

1. Fix First Student Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart First Student Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the First Student Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "First Student Connect" » Open First Student Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for First Student Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear First Student Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from First Student Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "First Student Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check First Student Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, First Student Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall First Student Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall First Student Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing First Student Connect not working

2. Fix First Student Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make First Student Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to First Student Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, First Student Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
