1. I can't get my bank's automated phone system to work either...they keep saying my PIN is wrong even though I'm 100% sure not... so I haven't even been able to look and see if my paycheck has been deposited yet.
2. I mean I have to move the camera, manually, to frame the check, do you really need auto-shutter? Other banking apps can enable manual shutter control as default.
3. I've gone to my local branch to try and get access but they just go "well we don't know how the glacier app works so we can't help you, contact their customer support." There is no resolution in sight.
4. Qay too often when I try to log in to check my account balance I get a message saying "our system is currently operating offline..." so I'm not able to see up to date info on my account.
5. I found it only works on the front screen when the phone is folded as a previous reviewer said.
6. remote check deposit it works ok for checking on my accounts and doing transfers.
7. Also would be nice if Mobile Deposits would show up quicker than they do (24 to 48 hrs), and have more info than just the amount, like perhaps an image of the front of the check.
8. The mobile app was my primary way to access my account so it's frustrating something that's meant to help me barely even works.
9. I tried the re-start phone / reinstall app on my old phone, it didn't resolve the issue.
10. if it's intentional, you need to give people warning before locking them out of their account until they can reset their password.
11. Tried eamial customer service, haven't gotten a single reply out of 30+ emails.
