Why should I report an Issue with Fennec Messenger - for famili?

1. Chat itself works well.I want to communicate with my younger kids without giving them full service on their devices... This is great for thatI really like this app - my 6 year old uses it when he goes to his dad's or grandmother's and has all his family on it.

2. The voice to text works great but my son likes to video chat us alot and it's hard to hear anything with the feedback so loud.

3. Currently even for small messages, you are scrolling screen and images are not visible in thumbnail.It started out good and we've been using it for a couple months now.

4. The parental controls to allow safe messaging are good, kids can't add or accept new contacts/friends without prior approval of the parent.

5. My only complaint is that the video chat feature has really LOUD audio feedback, even when we are in two separate households.

6. Especially if the app is trying to win trustWorked great up until yesterday where the messages do not send and they show up on the notification centre but not in the app.

7. It's fairly basic stuff, which should be better.The app refuses to work until I grant it media permissions... I may want to do this later, but a messenger app should work without the permissions - at least while the user is trialling it.

1. Fix Fennec Messenger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fennec Messenger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fennec Messenger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fennec Messenger" » Open Fennec Messenger - for famili » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fennec Messenger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fennec Messenger - for famili app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fennec Messenger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fennec Messenger - for famili" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fennec Messenger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fennec Messenger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fennec Messenger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fennec Messenger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fennec Messenger not working

2. Fix Fennec Messenger Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fennec Messenger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fennec Messenger not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fennec Messenger may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
