1. Waste of time.Useless app,once I activated my bold cashers account and paid the activation fee the app doesn't work now!! You can't upload an advert it keeps saying operation canceled when you try uploading an advert!! The customer service keep saying they're working to fix it for a whole month!! Wouldn't advise anyone to download it!!It is a good app,but the app is hunging,,why don't you make it work smoothy like WhatsApp.It's difficult to view people's status and some of our saved friends can't view our statuses,I have a list of 500 contacts using cash chat but less than 100 are able to view my status.Do something on it or else its like we are wasting our time on itThis application is so wonderful.

Useful app but uselessGood app, but freezes all the time, also takes long to load (more than 20 minutes) especially wen checking your earning or wen refreshing the contact list or checking the status views It could be really helpful if you updated the app so that it loads much quickerAt first I installed the cash chatt app but it never worked! Then I decided to join the bold cashers where as everything stopped when I saw that one pays 1550 as an activation fee.

3. Till then improve!This app has contacts sync issues,,,,then after a while it stops working,,,you need to work on contacts sync issues,,i keep unistalling this app and replacing with a new one,,,but this keeps happening,,,,I will give it one star.

4. Cash chat is really some unique app, that I haven't seen around yet, because of its advantageous services it has....having and moving with your bank in the same app, I can pay my bills, can do savings, but airtime, send/transfer money to another and can receive as well.

1. Restart CASH CHAT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CASH CHAT App. Here is how:

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CASH CHAT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CASH CHAT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CASH CHAT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CASH CHAT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CASH CHAT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CASH CHAT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CASH CHAT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CASH CHAT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CASH CHAT not working
