On my newer tv, the homescreen works fine, but when I try to watch a movie, I will get sound but no video.That I am unable to watch Hallmark Channel because they updated they Channel and you're unable to login and yet I have to pay a bill for something I cannot watch no help whatsoever it is very disappointing and tell me that I can watch it through April 2nd when I can't even get in to watch anything on it no help and this has been going on since the end of March I think it's unfair that I have to pay a bill for something I can't watchVery disappointed with this app.

1. Fix Hallmark Movies Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hallmark Movies Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hallmark Movies Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hallmark Movies Now" » Open Hallmark Movies Now » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hallmark Movies Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hallmark Movies Now app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hallmark Movies Now servers.
