1. every time I watch an episode, I have to sign out of my TV provider then log back into watch another episode.There are constant issues with BET NOW, making it difficult to watch the shows we want to watch.

2. This app needs to be fixed!BET doesn't have the best shows, and after over a decade you finally have something ppl want to watch (The encore) and now you can't cast to your TV.

4. there should be definitely less commercials especially when you have to sign in with a provider I can understand if it were non-sign in content.It says above that the app is compatible with all device!? Well I beg to differ because it's acting otherwise.

5. And you still fail! UuuggghhhhI would give zero stars if I could, but this app needs to be linked to the BET+ app...meaning if you pay a monthly service fee you shouldn't have to log in to a service provider.the authorization does not stay.

6. Everytime I try to watch BET NOW the content is locked, then the provider page can't be found.

7. I can watch one episode and when its time to watch the next one, it will either say that I need to login again or that the video is unavailable.

8. Then you pay to watch Bet Plus and the shows we're trying to watch isn't available on Bet Plus.. I really wish BET would get it together, or hire people that actually know what they're doing.

1. Fix BET NOW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BET NOW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BET NOW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BET NOW" » Open BET NOW - Watch Shows » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BET NOW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BET NOW - Watch Shows app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BET NOW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BET NOW - Watch Shows" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BET NOW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BET NOW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BET NOW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BET NOW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BET NOW not working

2. Fix BET NOW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BET NOW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BET NOW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BET NOW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
