Lucktastic Customer Insights

1. I would have no qualms with this app if everything ran properly, but it is consistently an unoptimized, slow, waste of time and patience.I spent a month or so playing every scratch card, installing apps, and saving up tokens.

2. The token prices of rewards have gone up and now some rewards are "out of stock" unless you install more partner apps?! I have played over 3000 scratch cards and have never won any actual money.

3. One or two ads is one thing, but watching 30 seconds of ads for a whole 3 seconds of scratch off entertainment each time is quite another.Easy enough to play and kill time, but it has really gone downhill.

4. There are many scratch cards, so you have many chances of winning, and you can even get free entries to contests! My only petty complaint is the heavy amount of ads, but hey, its free money, you can't complain too much about something like ads.

5. They have "partner" apps and for some of the prizes and scratch offs you have to download another app.

6. However, it is still a reliable way to earn gift cards and isn't a scam like other apps I've tried.

7. You will have to install some partner apps if you want to cash out a card.

8. Second annoying thing, it's an app basically for other apps.

9. Jump Ramp needs money too you know! Anyways, I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for pocket money, and/or big wins alike.I've been playing this app for over a week now.

10. And NO the scratch offs aren't free.

11. You then have an ad before and after each scratch card which I can understand.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Lucktastic Issues

1. Fix Lucktastic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Lucktastic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Lucktastic App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lucktastic" » Open Lucktastic: Win Prizes, Real Rewards, & Gift Cards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lucktastic » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Lucktastic: Win Prizes, Real Rewards, & Gift Cards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lucktastic servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lucktastic: Win Prizes, Real Rewards, & Gift Cards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Lucktastic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lucktastic might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Lucktastic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lucktastic then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lucktastic not working


2. Fix Lucktastic Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lucktastic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lucktastic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lucktastic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have tried contacting multiple times the last time I agreed to do a 5$giftcard it took all my points and I was close to having enough for a 100$giftcard and I understand your no longer collecting points but I feel I should have more than 5 dollars for over 200,000 some points

  • I had over 95,000 tokens at one point which was enough for two $10 gift cards and magazine subscription. I also have a cash balance of $2.13 that I can't redeem. I only had an option to redeem for a magazine subscription or $5 Amazon gift card and the rest of my tokens involuntarily went into the $1 million dollar giveaway contest that I have virtually no chance of winning and didn't wish to enter that contest. I've requested that Lucktastic email me a $20 gift card either with Amazon or two $10 Dunkin Donuts gift cards or mail me a check for the tokens I wasn't able to redeem for eligible gift cards and my cash balance of $2.13 I can't redeem.

    I saw that Lucktastic accommodated other players and I would like the same courtesy extended to me. One player had enough for a $100 gift card seeking help and Lucktastic emailed that participate a $100 gift card even though it wasn't available on the site, so all those tokens wouldn't go to waste for a $5 gift card and entries into a contest that's next to impossible to win. I have no concern for the contest as I don't believe that I will win, but I do care about the $20 either in gift cards or a check mailed to me. I would greatly appreciate help with this matter and the same accomodation be made to me that was done for others.

  • Hi, I would like my account to be deleted along with all saved data please. I am a victim of identity theft and would like to have all data and personal info deleted to protect my information and my identity. Under Law GDPR or CCPA the penalty for non-compliance is a $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

  • Please delete my lucktastic account because for some reason I'm stuck on 51 cents and it doesn't budge. IF I can start over from beginning with same account I would like to do that. Thank You.
