1. Delete Uconnect Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by Uconnect®:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get Uconnect to delete your account/data:

1. To delete your Uconnect account, contact Uconnect via email and provide the reasons for your request.
2. Mention the law under which you make your request (GDPR or CCPA).
3. Notify Uconnect of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

2. How to Delete Uconnect on Iphone

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete Uconnect®".

3. Delete Uconnect on Android phone

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "Uconnect®" and Click "Uninstall".

1. Vehicles equipped with connected services will have an ASSIST and SOS/9-1-1 button on or above the rear view mirror inside the vehicle (excludes FIAT 500e).

2. Vehicle must be registered for Uconnect Access or SiriusXM Guardian fulfilling all registration and subscription requirements.

3. Questions? You can also push the ASSIST button on your rearview mirror to speak with a representative, call customer care or contact your dealer.

4. Vehicle must be properly equipped with compatible Uconnect system.

5. Vehicle must be located within the 50 United States or Canada and have an active and usable cellular connection.

6. If you are having trouble logging into the app, please contact Uconnect Care at 1-877-855-8400 (U.S.) or 1-877-324-9091 (Canada).

7. To log into the Uconnect app, use the same email and password created when setting up your account on the Mopar Owner Site.
